Once you secure your time, you’ll be prompted to complete your required consent forms. All service appointments require completed consent forms and will not be accepted without them.

SKN by Guam is open for regular appointments Thursday–Saturday.

Appointments requested Monday–Wednesday are available on a limited basis and are considered outside of regular business hours. An additional booking fee of $35 + service fee will apply for all Monday–Wednesday appointments.

Please reach out to me personally by email/phone before booking any services to ensure availability.

Sunday appointments are not available.

A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your service and locks in your spot.

At SKN by Guam, respect for time goes both ways. A 10-minute grace period is enforced for all appointments. Anything after 10 minutes will result in your appointment being canceled on my end, and the remaining balance of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. You will be notified by email and text.

If you do not have a card on file, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the missed appointment before rebooking.

If I am still able to take you after the grace period, a non-negotiable $20 late fee will be added to your total.

No-Shows

If you are unable to make your appointment and do not communicate within the 10-minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled. The remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file, and you will be required to pay in full when booking your next appointment.

If a second no-show occurs, your appointment will be canceled, the remaining balance will be charged, and you will be blocked from booking any further services.

Appointment Reminders

To help you stay aligned with your scheduled service, a reminder email and text will be sent 30 hours before your appointment.

24-Hour Courtesy Notice

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any fees.

Please remember: All $50 deposits are nonrefundable.

Late Cancellations & Same-Day Changes

If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your booked time:

• The remaining balance of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

• Your appointment will be canceled on our end.

• A new deposit will be required to secure a new date.

Rescheduling With No Penalties

If you reschedule before the 24-hour mark:

• No additional fees will be applied.

• Your original deposit will transfer over.

• No new deposit is required.

Reschedule Limit

You may reschedule your appointment up to three times.

After the third reschedule:

• The appointment will be canceled.

• A new deposit will be required to rebook any future service.

Consent

• By booking a service with SKN by Guam, you consent to the possibility of photos or videos being taken during your session for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes, unless you specify otherwise.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before your appointment, and we will respect your privacy.

Client Images

• Photos and videos may include images of your skin results, products used, or treatment process, without identifying personal details.

• Any photos/videos used for marketing will be shared across SKN by Guam platforms, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

Social Media Etiquette

• Clients are welcome to take their own photos or videos during sessions, with discretion and respecting other clients’ privacy.

• Tagging or sharing SKN by Guam content is appreciated but optional.

Use of Media

• SKN by Guam reserves the right to edit, crop, or enhance images/videos for professional use.

• All media remains the property of SKN by Guam unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

To ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional experience for all clients, SKN by GUAM operates as a private studio.

Only the individual receiving services is permitted in the studio.

This policy applies to all services and includes, but is not limited to:

• Friends

• Family members

• Children

• Partners

This allows us to:

• Maintain sanitation and safety standards

• Protect client privacy

• Create a calm, focused environment for treatments

Clients who arrive with additional guests will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
